- A second line is a type of parade and dance tradition in New Orleans. For weddings, the newlyweds lead the second line, often holding decorated umbrellas or parasols, followed by guests who join in.
- We highly encourage you to wear comfortable shoes. And be prepared to dance. Props and beverages provided.
- Where should I stay?
- We highly recommend Hôtel Provincial, where we have a discounted room block! Located on the same street as, and in-between, the St. Louis Cathedral and Ursuline Convent, it offers a prime location in the French Quarter. You will easily be able to walk between these two landmarks while staying in a great spot.
- We have reserved a small set of rooms at a discounted rate, but more can be added based on demand.
